Q + A

🎉How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by April 12, 2025, so we can finalize the guest count. It’s important that all guests RSVP on time—we cannot make changes to the guest list after April 12th. If you are unable to RSVP online, please let the bride or groom know directly if you will be attending. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

📍 What’s the best way to travel to the wedding?

We highly recommend booking flights well in advance to secure the best rates. Flights to Rome from major U.S. airports typically range between $500 and $850 in September, the month of our wedding. The best airport to fly into is Rome Fiumicino (FCO), which is about a 2-hour drive or train ride to Spoleto. Rome Ciampino (CIA) is another option, also about 2 hours away. We have arranged a private bus from Rome city center to Spoleto on September 19 at 10:00 AM for our guests. Once in Spoleto, transportation to the wedding venue will be available only for guests staying at Hotel Clarici. If you prefer to travel independently, Spoleto is easily accessible by train from Rome. Trains depart from Roma Termini Station and take approximately 1.5 hours. The Spoleto train station is just a 9-minute walk from Hotel Clarici. For more details on flights, trains, and accommodations, visit our Travel page.

🏨 Will there be accommodations arranged for guests?

Yes! We have reserved rooms for our guests at Hotel Clarici in Spoleto. This will be the main guest hotel, and transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided only for guests staying at Hotel Clarici. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked directly by guests. To reserve a room, scan the QR code on your invitation or click here to book using the passcode provided in your invitation. If Hotel Clarici is fully booked or you prefer to stay elsewhere, there are limited rooms available at the wedding venue and nearby bed & breakfasts. Other hotels in Spoleto are also an option, but guests staying outside of Hotel Clarici will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the wedding venue. 👗 What should we wear?

Italy in late September can be tricky—warm during the day but cooler at night, especially in Spoleto, where evening temperatures can drop to the mid-60s°F (16-18°C). Please keep this in mind when choosing your outfits. For the Welcome Party, we invite you to dress in cocktail attire with a poolside twist. Think elegant yet breathable—light fabrics, fun colors, and stylish summer vibes. The weather will likely be warm during the day (75-85°F / 24-29°C) but may cool down in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light shawl or blazer just in case. On the wedding day, attire for the church ceremony and reception will be formal. The ceremony will be held in a Catholic church, so we kindly ask that women bring a cover-up or shawl to respect church guidelines. For the reception, expect warm afternoon temperatures (~75°F / 24°C), but once the sun sets, it may cool down to the mid-60s°F (~16-18°C). We recommend: Men: A suit or tuxedo in a breathable fabric if you're sensitive to heat. Women: A gown, cocktail dress, or formal jumpsuit—consider bringing a wrap or jacket for later in the evening. For the after-party, feel free to stay in your formal attire or get comfortable as we dance the night away! If you get cold easily, we suggest avoiding ultra-thin fabrics and bringing a light layer for the evening.
